You hit the goal. You got the promotion. You stayed in the game when others dropped out. By every external measure, you are winning.
But privately? You're exhausted in ways that sleep doesn't fix. You feel unseen despite being constantly visible. You've started praying, or reading your Bible, or showing up to church, but your mind still defaults to your title, your output, what you delivered this quarter.
You've tried filling the gap with the next achievement, by changing your habits, reading the right books. You're resourceful. You know how to optimize.
On paper, you've succeeded.
But the restlessness won't stop.
Your worth has become attached to your performance. And no matter what you tell yourself intellectually, you live as though that's still true.
The exhaustion of working too hard is a symptom; it's not the problem.
The problem is that success became your foundation, and God never designed it to hold that weight.
The real question is: who are you when the results aren't enough? When the title changes? When the approval doesn't come?
If you can't answer that from a place of peace, this coaching is for you.
We start with your full picture: your history, your strengths, your current challenges, and where you want to go. This is the beginning of real work. I listen carefully before I say a word.
Before we go further, you'll complete the Core Values Index™ — a highly accurate assessment that reveals how you're wired to engage with the world and make decisions. Then we unpack it together. Most of what you call 'self-sabotage' has a pattern. The CVI makes it visible.
No generic path. Your plan is built around your specific challenges, your season, and where you are in your walk with Christ. You'll know what we're working on and why.
This is where the work happens. Each session is focused, structured, and grounded in Scripture. You'll leave with clarity on your next step and clear notes on what was covered so nothing gets lost between sessions.
You won't be on your own between sessions. When something comes up — a decision you're wrestling with, a pattern you notice, a moment that can't wait — you have access to support that meets you there.
I won't send you a reading list. What I share is selected specifically for where you are and what you're working through, always grounded in God's truth. Every recommendation serves your growth at this stage.
Assessment, clarity, honest diagnosis. We learn how you're wired, where you are, and what the work ahead looks like.
Patterns start to surface and loosen. The coaching moves from understanding to active engagement with what God is doing in you.
The shift begins to hold. Identity work that sticks takes time, and the minimum exists to protect that process.
It's not to lock you in, but to give the work the runway it needs.
This coaching doesn't promise a quick fix. What it offers is a structured process of growth; one that begins to reorient your life around who God says you are.
Through this process:
You will begin to understand, at a lived level, what it means to be a child of God — not as a concept you agree with, but as the ground you actually stand on.
You will grow in your relationship with God: learning who He is, and how to hear Him, trust Him, and let His Word be the anchor for your identity rather than your circumstances or your output.
You will learn to distinguish between spiritual activity and genuine intimacy with God, and begin to close that gap.
You will understand how you're wired and how that wiring has been shaping the way you see yourself, your work, and your worth.
You will develop language for what's been driving you that goes beneath "I'm ambitious" or "I'm a perfectionist" to the underlying beliefs that have been running the show.
You will begin to make decisions at work, in your relationships, in your personal life from a place of security in Christ rather than fear of not measuring up.
For years, I was the woman who looked like she had it together, while quietly drowning. I measured my worth by my performance, said yes to everything, and worked myself until I had nothing left. I wasn't just a high achiever. I was addicted to the certainty of being needed.
It was coming to Christ at 43 that finally broke the cycle. It didn't take a better productivity system or a career change, and it didn't happen on my own willpower. The foundation of who I am shifted, and everything else had to be rebuilt on top of it.
I'm a mentor with Trinicy.org and a certified coach with Taylor Protocols. I spent years mentoring high-performing teams in corporate environments and universities around the world. I know what it means to carry responsibility at a high level, to be trusted with complexity, to have standards most people around you don't understand.
What I bring to coaching is that background, and Scripture. We work with your real life, your real patterns, and God's actual truth about who you are. Not a softened version of either.
Spots are limited. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure this remains personal and comprehensive.
The next step is a complimentary consultation. We'll talk through where you are, what you're carrying, and whether this is the right fit.
Not ready for a full coaching commitment? We can talk through that too.
